PMP Prep Course

This Monday was the final class of my PMP Prep Course.
Time really flies.... 9 Classes were over in the blink of an eye....
This course started on January 14 for once a week every Wednesday. (Only last class was on Monday.)

What is this course about??
PMP Prep course...
Of course... It's for PMP exam preparations.... What else?
There were lots of reading each week... Well... It's over... kind of...
The course is over but not the studying...

Now, I just have to focus on studying for my PMP EXAM...
My exam is scheduled to be at the end of this month. Scary!
Hopefully, I'll pass this exam.
I am crossing my fingers.
Pray for me!!

Flying Car

The flying car has made a successful maiden flight on March 5th, 2009 at Plattsburgh International Airport.

The flying car is built by Terrafugia Inc. and is called Transition Roadable Aircraft Proof of Concept. It can go from drive to fly in 30 seconds. That's how long it takes for its wings to extend and lock into place. It needs 1,700 feet to take off.

If all goes as planned, the flying car will be on the market for $194,000 by the end of 2011.



I want one!
Then I will no longer be stuck in traffic jams on highways!

為什麼叫「老公」、「老婆」？

您們知道丈夫何以叫「老公」、妻子何以稱「老婆」？

據說源於唐代的一段故事。

唐代有一個名士，名叫麥愛新，他看到自己的妻子年老色衰，便產生了嫌棄老妻，再納新歡的想法，並寫了一副上聯放在案頭：


＊＊「荷敗蓮殘，落葉歸根成老藕。」＊＊


被他的妻子看到了，妻子從對聯中看到了丈夫棄老納新的念頭，於是便提筆續了一副下聯：


＊＊「禾黃稻熟，吹糠見米現新糧。」＊＊


以「禾稻」對「荷蓮」，以「新糧」對「老藕」，不僅對得十分工整貼切，新穎通俗，而且，「新糧」與「新娘」諧音，饒有風趣。


麥愛新讀了妻子的下聯，被妻子的才思敏捷和拳拳愛心所打動，便放棄了棄舊納新的念頭。


妻子見丈夫回心轉意，不忘舊情，乃揮筆寫道：

＊＊「老公十分公道。」＊＊


麥愛新也揮筆寫了下聯：

＊＊「老婆一片婆心。」＊＊


這個帶有教育意義的故事很快被流傳開來，世代傳為佳話。

從此便有了「老公」和「老婆」這兩個名詞。

一瞬間等於0.36秒?

根據佛教梵典《僧只律》書中的記載，一「剎那」為一「念」；二十「念」為一「瞬」；二十「瞬」為一「彈指」；二十「彈指」為一「羅預」；二十「羅預」為一「須臾」；而一日一夜則有三十「須臾」。於是乎，就產生了以下算式：

　　一晝夜＝30須臾＝600羅預＝12,000彈指＝240,000瞬間＝4,800,000剎那

而因為一晝夜共有86,400秒，若將每個單位以秒數表示，便可得出：

一「須臾」＝2,880秒；
一「彈指」＝7.2秒；
一「瞬間」＝0.36秒；
一「剎那」和一「念」之間＝0.018秒

Four habits to extend life for 14 years

According to a study of 20,000 men and women by Kay-Tee Khaw and colleagues at the University of Cambridge, four habits can increase lifespan by 14 years:

• not smoking
• exercising regularly
• eating five servings of fruit and vegetables a day
• drinking alcohol moderately (drinking between one to fourteen units of alcohol a week. 14 units are around nine 125 ml glasses of wine, or seven pints of 3-4% beer. )
  

I guess I need to exercise more... eat more fruit and vegetables... and drink more alcohol.... hahahahaha.... :D

波風湊 + 漩渦九品 = 漩渦鳴人

在網上看了最新一回Naruto "Ch.382 - 真正的選擇"... 終於知道邊個係漩渦鳴人Naruto嘅父母... 佢父母係波風湊(第四代火影)和漩渦九品... 其實之前我都猜到少少, 不過唔肯定... 謎底終於揭開啦! 不過為什麼Naruto跟母親姓?

怪不得Naruto那麼愛吃拉麵... 佢個名就係自來也吃拉麵時想出來嘅... 係自來也小說嘅主角... 波風湊和漩渦九品祈望鳴人好似自來也小說嘅主角一樣... 能夠:

• 說到做到
• 永不放棄

大蛤蟆仙人曾預言給自來也... 自來也會成為一個優秀嘅忍者... 之後還會收一個獨當一面的弟子... 那個弟子將來會給忍者界帶來重大變革... 給予世界安寧或毀滅的變革...


最後自來也証實咗Naruto就係預言之子... 其實係唔係預言之子都一樣... 從之前嘅漫畫我哋都知道Naruto有一種不可思議的力量... 可以改變別人和未來...
Examples:

• Naruto把我愛羅改變了... 後來做了風影
• 綱手為了Naruto再賭一次... 做了第五代火影
• Naruto改變了沙忍嘅千代婆婆... 千代婆婆為我愛羅犧牲了性命... 在死前把未來托付給Naruto

不過最可惜係自來也就嚟死... 雖然自來也成日都色咪咪, 但好好笑... 如果佢死咗就沒人再搞笑... Naruto大個仔啦 ! 不能好似以前那麼白痴囉...

哈哈哈哈... Naruto都慶祝聖誕節... 哈哈哈哈...

無無聊聊

無無聊聊又一日... 點解? 因為放緊假囉... 昨天去咗Christmas shopping... 今天唔想出街... 留响屋企... 本來有好多嘢要做... 但太懶... 唔想做... 想起好耐冇寫過blog... 依家再唔寫... 可能要等到明年... 唉! 我都一個多月冇寫啦... 呢排工作好忙... 忙到放緊假都check住blackberry reply emails... 我唔係天生工作狂... 只係有責任心啫... 哈哈哈哈哈哈...

寫乜嘢好呢?
就交代吓近况啦... 從十一月中開始就病了... 到現在還未完全康復... 好咗七成左右... 醫生話可能會病三個月... 現在一個月就好咗七成... 醫生都話我好得快... 不過最慘係沒藥食 (止痛藥不算)... 要靠自己抵抗力好... 唉! 真可憐...

聖誕節就到啦!
