根據佛教梵典《僧只律》書中的記載,一「剎那」為一「念」;二十「念」為一「瞬」;二十「瞬」為一「彈指」;二十「彈指」為一「羅預」;二十「羅預」為一「須臾」;而一日一夜則有三十「須臾」。於是乎,就產生了以下算式:
一晝夜=30須臾=600羅預=12,000彈指=240,000瞬間=4,800,000剎那
而因為一晝夜共有86,400秒,若將每個單位以秒數表示,便可得出:
一「須臾」=2,880秒;
一「彈指」=7.2秒;
一「瞬間」=0.36秒;
一「剎那」和一「念」之間=0.018秒

Four habits to extend life for 14 years
According to a study of 20,000 men and women by Kay-Tee Khaw and colleagues at the University of Cambridge, four habits can increase lifespan by 14 years:
I guess I need to exercise more... eat more fruit and vegetables... and drink more alcohol.... hahahahaha.... :D

- not smoking
- exercising regularly
- eating five servings of fruit and vegetables a day
- drinking alcohol moderately (drinking between one to fourteen units of alcohol a week. 14 units are around nine 125 ml glasses of wine, or seven pints of 3-4% beer. )
