Cellphone ban while driving in effect October 26

Ontario's new rules prohibiting cellphone use while driving will go into effect October 26. But, it will be February 1 before drivers will be fined up to $500 for chatting, dialing, texting or emailing on hand-held devices, because there is a 3 months education period prior to the enforcement.

We'll have to take more devices (i.e. bluetooth headset, etc.) while going out... :(
When will all cars built in bluetooth phone?
